Question about HD add on for Victoria 7

Hey everyone, newb here. I have the Victoria 7 model for Genesis 3. She's great, but I saw the HD add on for sale, and I want to get it for added realism. My question is, do I already have it? Did it come with my Victoria 7? Or will I be adding an additional layer of realism by getting it?
