I have the required new release, non new release and teen Josie in my cart and the discount is not applying.

Is anyone else having this problem?

    Yup Getting the same thing, the funny thing is I put two items in my cart along with Josie and  then started moving them out when the discount would not go to where it is supposed to go, The first one I pulled out was Josie and one of the other items went free... And they are items by two different people.
