It looks nice, but I'm missing any images of people actually sitting on the chairs. Does anyone have a render done where it's possible to see if the legs don't end up inside of the table when you use characters like G2 or G3?

I don't have the product but AFAIK you can have any character sit on any chair at any table with proper adjustments...

It depends if the artist used the correct proportions. There was one classroom product, can't recall the name atm, that was useless because the desks were the wrong height and depth for any character.  So if you are in doubt, best to see a render.

Quite frankly,  there should be at least one promo that shows the standard figures interacting with the environment (in this case sitting and standing relative to the counter props) It doesn't take that long to set it up.

exactly since there are products where this is an issue already if I recall the lecture hall was one posted about by someone....

It was this one. As a result, I have avoided this vendor. But last week I purchased a kitchen from him that I need to load and test in case it must be returned.

I was also curious if there was a wall with an entrance. Or just no fourth wall at all.

But if worse comes to worse, couldn't you just resize the character to fit?

That was my thought. Or tweak the scale(s) of the offending furniture.

I would have tried lowering the Y scale of the desk so that the character's feet reached the floor. Or altered the character's pose so that his feet reached the floor.  Although, such tweaks shouldn't be necessary. :-/

There is a need for standardized scaling of objects and characters so they are usable to the figures of at least the current generations.  Characters should likewise be appropriately scaled so they aren't giants and so poses can more easily be designed and made to fit within their selected environment.

Scaling the whole chair along Y would also reduce the space between the seat and the desktop, causing the whole problem of needing to scale the figure down to begin with.  Simple linear scaling isn't going to solve this, as it is a problem of proportionality.  The CHAIR is fine for the standard figure, but the desktop attached to it is too close to the seat and the figure.  If the chair's desktop was adjustable, this wouldn't even be an issue....but it's apparently a single fixed model, hence the issue.....

True, this occurred to me a while after I made that post. I didn't do well in math-related subjects when I was in school. lol

Yeah. Honestly, I didn't really think the Daz store needed another coffee shop; there are plenty here already. I own Cafe Luca and highly recommend it. It even has bathrooms!
