Another sale oddity - two banners, two URLs, one link

I didn't know the Internet could do this... 

Okay, the new banners for today are "2015 Top Sellers" and "Best of the Best", both with today's date. When I mouseover, the links shown at the bottom of my Firefox window are different for each one. But when I actually click on them, both banners lead to 2015 Top Sellers with the same URL. Is there actually a "Best of the Best" sale page?

    The Newsletter actually says  "2015 Top-Sellers Flashback Sale!   65% off* Our Best of the Best Items with purchase of a New Release."   So I am not sure that it is meant to be 2 different sales.   In fact on my rolling banner I don't see a tile labelled "Best of the Best"  although yes it does show as that down in the bottom left corner.

    The thing that gets me is there are those two different links that show when you mouseover the two different banners, but they both go to the same Top Sellers page.

    Edit: Hold on, it's changed — now there is a "Best of the Best" page, but it's identical to the "Top Sellers" page. And I thought I was confused before...
