  or one of these: http://www.daz3d.com/dg-iray-sci-fi-surface-lights-shader

  Of course, it also could be custom made, or no shader at all and added in postwork.

  Thank you so much for the links the second link looks closest to what I am looking for if I cant find it I will buy these ones. Thanks for your help :)
