Platinum Club Question

I'm still confused about this, how much exactly will be discounted if for example I were to buy a new released 24$ item? And basically can you guys give me like more details of how much I can save?

Greetings,
A newly released DAZ Original item (that is, it has 'Daz Originals' in the Artist field) is an additional 30% off. I like to invert the numbers, because it makes the math easier for me. 30% off means it's 70% of the full price. So 70% of 70% is the same as '49% of the full price'. That means you're getting a 51% discount.
So a newly released $24 DAZ Original item would be 24 * 0.49 or $11.76.
On Wednesdays they release PC+ items, which are between $2.99 through $4.99 (after PC+ discount) but they also get the 30% new item discount, so you end up paying $2.09 for items whose full price is $10.95 through paying $3.49 for items whose full price is $16.95. (There are VERY rarely items whose PC+ price is more, $6.99 and $7.99, but those items have a 'full price' that ranges between $19.95 and $32.95, and are usually seriously awesome sets.)
And then there's the two $6 discount voucher/coupons...
Does that help?

I think CypherFOX summed up all the discounts. Then there's also the monthly freebie, the weekly freebies (one every week) and the weekly $0.99 items (again, one every week).
What Morgan says sounds pretty accurate (I think, I'm not sure since it's 12:30 AM here and I'm half asleep lol).
And don't forget you get an extra discount on new Daz Original Figures/Characters too:
For PA items, there's no discount - but you can use one of the $6 monthly vouchers on any cart of $18 or more (excluding new releases) (and the other $6 on any Daz Original, even new releases, but not PC+ items).
There are also the weekly and monthly freebies (weekly is the same as you get with purchase now). And various other insane special offers throughout the year.
Oh so optimum club mostly only applies to daz original products?
You get an extra discount on Daz Originals. A HUGE discount on PC+ items. And you also get the coupon that you can use with non-daz original items.
I would say that for most people, especially who are just starting with Daz, the PC+ membership can save a lot of money, if used properly.
Perhpas an idea whould be for you to put together an order you're concidering, then one of us in the PC can tell you what it'd cost us.
Sometimes you don't save anything over a non PC member...sometimes you save a lot.
For the average New User who wishes to build up a library of content the Plainum Club is a no brainer. All the character figures will be cheaper to purchase and you really do need some of those to have any sort of variety in your renders. Often you get chances to buy pther Daz 3d programs such as Bryce, Carrara and Hexagon at much reduced prices,
I personally joined the PC when it first started, way back in 2002 (before we even had any forums here) and have never regretted joining or keeping the membership up.
Edit the only thing the PC hasn't done for me is to improve my typing. I think I have corrected all the typos
A view from a different perspective:
The yearly PC+ membership regulary costs you $70. You can get it on sale couple times a year for usually -30%, which means $49.
Then each month you have a $6 coupon that you can freely use on Daz Originals, even on new releases (just not on PC+ items). This alone means $72 each year worth of DO content.
So if you plan to - or already do - spend $6 or more a month on Daz Originals regularly, you should definitely join the PC+ - it literally pays for itself then. See all other membership perks as some additional bonus ;)
There's a 30% intro discount on everything the first two weeks after the product's release.
That's for everyone, though, not specifically for PC+ members.
It is? Ooops. Then please ignore me!
