Using Store Credit

I received an email from DAZ saying that I have $10 in store credit. While it is listed on the site that I have the credit, I can find nothing about how to apply the credit to my purchase. I did call DAZ Help, but the phone was answered by a third-party without a clue what I was talking about. Any help is appreciated.

Anytime I have used store credit, it was applied at checkout. The option to use store credit appears along with your other payment methods.

I'm waiting to see if they take purchases from your gift $10 or from the OTHER store credit I have.

I hope this isn't another argument

We've already factor this pssibility in.  So long as you use an amount of store credit of at least the amount given within the time allotted we won't take any back :)

As to the original question, it should allow you to choose your store credit as one of your payment options when you check out.

'at least' - so does that mean spending $9.98 of $10 doesn't count?  Or just that you'll take the $0.02 back (it expires)?  I'd assumed the latter but making sure this was accounted for...

  • I only have that 10$ store credit but I can't buy anything, it throws me back to a page saying "Your shopping cart is empty". Given that they'll remove my 10$ tomorrow, I feel like I'm loosing that credit because of this bug :(

try logging out an in again - sometimes strange things happen with the store half-thinking you're logged out.

If that doesn't work - try clearing cache, try a different browser, lastly file a ticket with CS to explain the problem with details of what you're trying to buy.

That is my understanding - it won't take any of your real balance, just any unused on the free credit.
