Morphs ++ not finding V4.2, Dependency error...

Hi after failing to use Content gatherer properly. I had to reinstall to the newest edition of Daz3d 4.9.

Everything Else I've loaded into the program is working well, including some of my older files I found. But some of the extras like Luscious Curves, will not work without Morphs++ or V4 Elite.

My install directory for V4 base is C:\users\public\public documents\my daz3d library\runtime\libraries\character\daz people

When i try to install the morphs, they want to install into  C:\Program Files (x86)\DAZ\Studio\Content

I tried another install into the same directory as the base, but it doesn't show in the DAZ program. 

What am I doing wrong? Please help.

    4.9 installed using the the Daz installer along with some of the other files.

    Other files I installed using the files I had from their own installers. So 4.2 installed normally from the installer. But elite morphs and Morphs ++ i'm using non zipped installers.

    Download the updated versions...the versions with the exe installers are too old.  They were when Windows allowed user content to be installed into the Program Files folders, it's not allowed now.
