Why does Daz refuse to take my money?

I have techincal issues from time to time and I'd be happy to pay for tech support. Say $30/hour w/ a half our minimum? Or some kind of annual plan.
Open tickets take too long to resolve

There are a lot of knowledgeable people here in the forum who are willing to help - for free. Have you tried asking your questions here in the forum?
With roughly 1½ million customers registered at Daz 3d I somehow think that, logistically, that is not an easy situation to even think about.
If Daz had the staff and resources of Adobe, HP or Dell, maybe that would work...but in reality Daz is a rather small company...well under 100 on staff (most PAs are not 'staff'...they are independent vendors selling through the Daz store).
