they are the most respectful and caring people i ever associated with 

also jamie olsen zd  was awsome very helpful   you have  problem and he or she will fix it for   just like that in a split second

    I agree. Jamie and all of DAZ customer service are the best. This is one of the primary reasons I do nealy all my CG shopping at DAZ. smileysmileysmiley

    Yep, I've been a very happy Daz shopper for many, many years now. The two or three times I did have an issue and contacted support it was always resolved. And in all fairness, the issue ended up being a problem on my end...I just wasn't aware of a few things. And yeah, Jamie has been most helpful...always. My Daz experience has always been a great one. It's nice to see threads like this. Thanks for bringing it up.

    I am very satisfied with DAZ customer service.  I've never had any issues dealing with them.  They are always quick to reply and resolve my issues, especially over at the Sales department.  Keep up the good work :-)

    Totally agree. The support staff have been VERY helpful and quick to respond on the few occasions I have needed their services during my time as a Daz customer. This is only one of the reasons why this is my main place to shop for my 3D art hobby.

    I feel that I must also add, that in my opinion, this has been the most amazing Christmas at Daz so far, for me. The PA's had a wide variety of high quality items for sale, and the deals, along with Daz's Loyalty bonus, made for a lot of purchases. I now have a great selection of items to play with for the new year. So a big thank you to the PA's and to all the Staff at Daz3d along with our great forum moderators who keep things running smoothly on a day to day basis.

    Must echo this. Even when they haven't been able to do what I want, they have usually offered an acceptable compromise.
