Unable to download purchased content

I do not use IM or smart content and get along very well installing what I want where I want it. I purchased two items a long time back and now want to install them into my content. Normally I go to my products and manually download them, get a file and install it exactly how and where I want. With these two items, Veranil for V4 and Frescura for V4 I get a zip file for each, neither of which will open. Screen shot attached. How can I obtain these items please...

    Well I just redownloaded Verani for V4 with no problem whatsoever.  It would also have unzipped with Winrar if I had wanted it to    Did you by chance try to use the CS companion file without first having downloaded the main Poser file?  I don't think that is the problem, as you have got the poser file reference there.   What file "unzipper" are you isning?
