Iray Ghost Light Kit

Hi, I just bought the iray Ghost Light Kit package and cannot figure out how to apply it to my scene. Can anyone help? I have checked the forums here for advice on how to use in general with no luck. The instruction manual wasnt really a manual at all so I am really lost after having spent a lot of time just trying to figure it out by process of elimination with no results. Didn't find anything on youtube (not that I expected to) All advice appreciated!
