Fudge... Forgot the bundle

I forgot to add a *free bundle to my basket. Can I go to customer services to ask for one to be added, or have I missed out?

(On the plus side, I finally have Carrara :P)

    Try & findout out before the year is over. Worst that can happen is the say no.

    Yes , you can aask. Since it states the bundle must be in the cart simultaneously, they are not under any obligation to provide it; but CS is very good and may do so anyway. Point out the order and specific items that would have qualified.

    Just buy it again and return the previous order.

    I've contacted CS, and they added the starter bundle that I wanted to my account.
