I was cleaning up....I had a 1 year PC membership in my cart for 10.50....new RawArt releases for 1.97 each....I was going...to...town and then everything changed, RawArts items went from 1.97 to 13.99 and the 1 year went to 35.00....I had a cart load...now, it's empty :(

Ummm I wouldn't complain about that, really. The entire store was wonky and the prices were WAY TOO LOW. ...That was a massive glitch.
Seems pretty odd to try and take advantage of it by "cleaning up" and "going to town" and then complain about it when they FIXED the glitch. :( Look at it this way - think of all those PAs that would have, quite literally, been robbed of their hard earned money.
I saw that too missed it by that much
I know the feeling. For quite a few products, they were still at five or six bucks. That caused me to reflect on pricing and my spending habits. I spent a lot of money last year, the year before, etc., etc. Often for the price of a couple of items, I could have bought a new AAA game(s) for PS4, X1, or PC. I could have bought a entire seaon of a fave show on bluray.
I suspect most of us here are hobbyists. This was a wake-up call for me that this hobby is simply too expensive/overpriced. God knows that on the basis of Daz pricing, video games would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars per title based on the assets included. (To naysayers, I can think of objections to that analogy, but it's not that far off from reality to be hyperbolic.) Anyway, now my cart and wishlist are totally cleared. I feel a lot better for it.
Who said I was complaining??? I was lamenting!!....The site stated Massive Sale when I logged in...not my fault the prices were cheaper than old PC items...I thought they knew what they were doing posting those figures. I suppose if you found a pair of $625 Jimmy Choo shoes you've always wanted with a $25 price tag on them under a massive sale banner you wouldn't buy them?
Jake, I know what you mean. I cleared my cart and I'd clear the wishlist too...but I know how this sites search goes. If you don't drop it in the wishlist when you see it, you'll never find it again.
Same here. I had about $500 worth of goodies in my cart and was editing them down to $300 - gotta save some cash. Suddenly, everything changed and my cart went to over $1700! Cart dumped...
The other issue is that the glitch is affecting the regular sale prices, too. I now have a new release in my cart right now, but I'm not getting the 50% off featured artists catalog with the purchase of a new release. I really wish Daz would fix these things. Looks like I won't be ordering anything for awhile until Daz figures this out.

LOL I'm actually starting to feel sorry for Daz....damned if they do-damned if they don't sorta thing ;).

I hear 'ya. I"m not complaining about not getting the massive discount. If it was a glitch and I wasn't entitled to it in the first place, then I'm morally alright with not getting it. It's the price uncertainty that bothers me. I want to know that when I buy something, that I"m actually paying the correct amount. If Daz's glitch can result in prices being (temporarily) lower than they should be, the reverse can also happen.

Well I saw the glitch but even with the extremely cheap prices I didn't buy. It's not that I realized it was a glitch, I didn't, I'm often adding and removing products from me cart to figure out these 'stacking discounts' because they often have these purposely stacked that way to encourage binge sales shopping. So really, I know from my past work as a ledger programmer at a bunch of major retailers that what DAZ is doing in their sales is difficult to program correctly, particularly on asyncronous systems, but we customers can't be held accountable for their mistakes.
I thought the glitch was in relation to the previous sales you know starts off with one discount then the discount on top of that like the holiday one and the others but like said before I was slow which is fine and obviously not meant to be it is still a great sale and well I still spent more than I should have but Raw has so much good stuff to pick from was hard to narrow down actually this happened to Zev0 too ages back he gave an extra discount to those that bought previous version of a product but it ended up being bigger discount
