I used the software to convert about 200 poses from my years with v4. I can see them using windows explorer  in the destination files/folder. Sorry for my ineptitude, but is there a clear tutorial about how I now get them where I can  see them in DAZ Studio 4.9 to apply them to a G2 character in a scene?

Looked on youtube, did google search, can't find a tutorial anywhere. Pretty new to Daz Studio (but I love IRAY). So I don't know a lot of DAZ Studio 4.9 terminology or file management

Thanks!
Jay

The converted poses will be in a Studio .duf file format so they need to be in a Studio library folder not a Poser Runtime folder.

  • Thanks, now what, exactly, is a "Studio library folder." Because I have a lot of stuff I would like to migrate from V4 Carrara, which is what I was using. I (obviously) can find my smart content by clicking on the "smart content" tab. I want to be able to set up another tab(s) that will let me just click on content to use it, like smart content. I cannot find a tutorial on how to do THAT! I assume I just have to let Studio see it in the directories, as in "add folder" in carrara. But for the life of me, and being old, I can't figure that out....
