Decrease the shadow under breast and scale down the fabric texture.

I want to reduce the under breast shadow. ho to do it in light settings?

And also I want the exact image with that texture attached to be applied on it. I am getting enalrged texture. How to scale down the texture.

    You aren't providing a lot of information on what you are using. If you edit your image so that it repeats cleanly (I don't think it will at the moment) you can set it to Tile a number of times in the Surface settings. Reducing shadow would require another, or a larger, light source.

    Since your main lighting is obviously from above, an alternative to adding another light from below as Richard has suggested to reduce shadows, would be to have a reflective object or surface below that would reflect the main light upwards from below.
