Is the Christmas Day sale ever going to be fixed???

The private loyalty coupons we received seem to mean nothing, we are just getting the exact price as listed on the main page. Also Bobbie25's items are only coming out to 44% and they are Daz Originals and featured PA Christmas items. The sale up till then was great (although full of glitches) but this glitch still has still not been fixed 3 days after it was posted.

    But then Bobbie25's items should be 72% off as Daz Originals, not 44%...

    Those are the discounted items. The 60% off is applied pre-shopping cart for everyone. It replaces the Loyalty discount on the new Christmas Day items and those select artist catalogs for that day. But at least you got the freebie. Still doesn't work for me, although I'm not going to fuss over it. Can't purchase again till payday anyway, so the Christmas day sale banner will probably be gone by then.

     

    edit: I'm not sure what is up with the Tool Girl item. It only shows 30% off for me and I think I misunderstood your post. You said 'Featured Artist'...apologies. *blush*

    Yes, I had a Christmas release in cart and Bobbie25 items are only 44% off..

    Using the Construction Worker Outfit as a qualifying item, I randomly sampled each PA store to see what was happening currently with the (still running) Christmas Day sale.

    Devon store - items get 20% off with qualifier (plus DAZ Original discount if applicable).

    Bluebird 3d store - items get 20% off with qualifier (plus DAZ Original discount if applicable).

    Ravenhair store - apparently working OK

    Imaginary_House store - apparently working OK

    Zeddicuss store - apparently working OK but one test item (non-DO) was at 80% off.

    Also, occasionally DAZ Original items added to the 60% discount (i.e. another 30%).

    I'm having the same problem. I put in a ticket early this morning, but I've heard nothing. I guess I'll wait until New Year's Eve to make my purchase, and if it doesn't change by then, I'll take it out of my cart.

    Daz wants your money. You want these products. If you have the money, make the purchase and fill out a ticket for a refund of the difference. They'll either credit your account or your method of payment.

    Thanks for the heads-up. Just to be clear, are we talking about the 60% on top of the 60% or are they refunding something else?

    No, there is only one 60% discount. I assume this is in reference to the store issues reported above by Peter Fulford, which I am just goingt o check and will flag up for Daz if I see the same.

    The outfit I wanted from Bobbie25 is now priced as marked in the discount. I have not checked any others in the Christmas Day Sale.

    No still not working  for me, the G2 base figures are not free in the cart no matter what Christmas Day new releases I try.

    Bobbie25's store seams to be working now. They removed all the non-DO visible discounts (so we would not expect them to stack as we did originally) and featured artists become 60% or 72% off for DOs in cart. Since it appeared that they would be stacking originally, I'm not that excited about a straight 60% discount although 72% off for a DO is not bad,,,

    @beowolf - I had the same problem. Take a screenshot of your cart and submit a help ticket. They are really good about getting that resolved. Seems to be some kind of glitch that only affects a few people. Lucky us!
