Did you buy the VWD DAZ Studio Plugin as well? It is an additional $15 purchase you need in addition to the VWD main program.

Assuming you are using the DAZ studio to VWD bridge, when you open VWD from DAZ Studio (via the provided script) it opens with a blank window. There is a button at the top of the VWD window called "Host List". Click it, it will populate the import list with all the items in the scene. Click the ones you want to bring in and select if you want them to be collision items (i.e. the character or props the cloth will collide with) or cloth. And off you go!

How do you move the camera in the VWD scene viewer? And also manually and individually move the cloth or hair?

At least in the demo version, it looks like you right-click and drag the mouse button to rotate the view.  (and although the documentation says to right-click the header of the scene viewer to expand to full screen, it appears to actually be left-clicking that does this.)

    $10 I believe now.

It doesn't load the scene becuase you have to specify what you want.

Others have explained how to get it open, and to show the list of items you want; I have a couple of VWD tutorial links in my sig, which might help.
