Christmas Discounts Not Showing Up!

Just as the title says. When I loaded a Christmas Day New Release into the cart, the price doesn't go down from the current discount in the store. Now, I realize that the price is already a significant discount that's already applied, but there's more. When I put one of the Genesis 2 base figures being offered for free in as well, they don't show up as free in the shopping cart. And while I do see a price reduction of products from the Artists Catalogs listed in the sale, it's only the 30% Holiday Loyalty Discount. What's going on here?

Yep, many of us are experiencing the same exact issue. It's in another thread as well that someone marked 'resolved' except that it isn't. I put in a help ticket to them.
The message about the 60% discount is just reminding you of the discount from the main promo, it isn't on top of the 60% from the main promo. The free figure is odd - it's working for some people and not others. You do have only the free figure, not a second that you expect to pay for, in the cart?
Fair enough, Richard, but there is no Holiday Loyalty Discount on anything from Day 9, not even the base amount that is supposed to apply to everything.

I'm seeing the Holiday Loyalty Discount, except on the new Emma and Jordi set (and anything from yesterday, new item or Featured Artist back-catalogue).
I'm sorry, but I'm confused. I do see the 60% off, which is available to everyone for the Merry Christmas promotion (Day 9) on new items and Featured Artists. I do not consider that my Holiday Loyalty Reward, since everyone gets it, unless DAZ is replacing all Holiday Loyalty Rewards with the 60% discount alone, and nothing else. Many of the Featured Artists are already at 40% off, presumably from other promotions, and they go to 60%, no problem. This is not unlike previous promotions that go from 40 to 50%, or 50 to 60%, etc., but with a little more weight. The difference here is that there is no additional Holiday Loyalty Reward, unlike previous promotions where it would stack up. That makes this particular promotion less attractive than before, since the net effect is a smaller discount for those with Holiday Loyalty Rewards. Also, since this particular coupon (60%) applies to these items and catalogues until Dec 31st, they will be locked out of any other promotion where I could get the Holiday Loyalty Rewards.
The Emma and Jordi items seem to be fixed now, but yes for the Christmas Day promo it was a flat 60% for all (or 40% for PA stores without a new item in the cart).
No extra discount for me so I guess I'm dumping the cart that now shows at $194... I'll wait one more day to see if it's fixed. I don't actually need any of those things bit would get them if the discount was working. I'm getting the same price I think as someone without the loyalty discount. No biggie, I wouldn't buy the stuff anyway unless I got the stacking discounts and don't need/want to spend extra money unless on full discount. I spent way too much already when the discounts WERE working LOL!
I was going to get the construction worker it was 60% & i have a banner that says get a extra 25% off even on new releases. But the extra 25% discount is not working 25% off of $9.98 = $7.485. Not $9.98
I was going to add something else in from my wishlist. because that was 50% off but thats didn't discount the 25% off either . So I'll have to take that as a hint. as no more goodies for Ivy..lol Dang.
