You might want to be more specific as most Poser content are already DAZ supported unless the product in question uses Poser exclusive features like those with .mt5 material settings or uses python scripts for instance.
Most Poser content will work fine in DS...as Servant stated tho, single .mt5 files will not, but .mc6 will I think. Obviously textures and shaders will need to be coverted to something compatible with 3DL or Iray render engines, both of which have uber shader presets to change the materials.

A lot of Poser stuff will work fine in Daz Studio, older stuff is more likeley to work than newer stuff. Textures probably won't look exactly the same but you can adjust these if you don't like the way they look. Content that uses Poser's shading system probably won't convert very well and as been said above, Daz Studio can't load some material settings.
Some of the newer Poser characters like Paul and Pauline use newer rigging features that don't work in Daz Studio, I think Miki 3 is similar but Miki 1 and 2 do work. Dawn is available in both Poser and Daz Studio versions, the Poser versions of her and her clothes do not work in Daz Studio.I think it is similar to the way Genesis 3 won't work in Poser. There may be work arounds that allow you to import the figures but not with their full rigging functionality.
I don't think that Poser's external morphs (.pmd files) will work in Daz Studio 4. There was a plugin for Daz Studio 3 to import them but I don't think it was ever updated for version 4. If you have Poser there is a work around, load the morphs into Poser, make sure you have use external morphs switched off and save the figure as a new .cr2 file.
