Trying to find identity of a dress

This is an odd question, but I have spent two days trying to locate a Victorian/Steampunk style of dress that I saw on a page featuring Poser Tubes. I e-mailed the owner of the page, but got no response and I've searched through the Daz store and Renderosity to try to find what it is, but I haven't located it yet. It is from the Scrappinggoodies site and here is a picture of the page featuring the dress in question. Anyone know what this is and where it is avaliable for sale? It doesn't exactly match any Steampunk or Victorian dresses that I could find. I even tried a reverse image search on Google, but that only brought me back to the Poser tubes page at the Scrappinggoodies site.

Wow, that was fast, THANK YOU, Jakiblue for your quick response. I was pulling my hair out looking for that dang dress! I hope to get some Christmas money and I will visit the store and buy that bundle.

wait for a sale! we've had RDNA sales where things are $4 or less. :)
I've go the dress which is why I recognized it :)
