V4 Skin Convertor error

After many successful conversions using this product, all of a sudden I am getting this error.  After I click OK the conversion resumes.  But this happens after every item.  Any thoughts on what the problem might be?

    this is not your converter.  I get this message all the time now.  I got it fixed with the help of some forum suggestions but then I updated my DS to the newest non-beta version and the message is back.

    Ok because I didn't change my process at all.  I used to put a few skins to convert overnight and they would be done in the morning.  Now I have to sit and click ok each time.  bummer
