Day 7 Bonus Not Working with New Release

I've got Ceridwen in the cart.  Added 7 items from the Featured Free Items, added coupon.  Nope - invalid... deleted an item and it took.  I'm going to submit a ticket for my 7th free item. frown

  • OH!  Yes, I did.  Does that break it?  Can I still get a 7th freebie or does that one count?

  • I noticed that any other freebie not part of the 7 you are choosing for the coupon has broken it for me a couple times.  Happened day before last.  Had an unrelated freebie from the coupon and it wouldnt take, until I took that 1 freebie back out.

  • The "DAY-SIX-BONUS" code doesn't work for me at all.

    Yeah, the code doesn't seem to be working for me either. I have one new release, The Candy Cane bundle, and I pick 6 items from the "Christmas Week Bonus Selection", applied the code and came back "invalid" . I added a 7th item and tried it, and nadda.

    So...not sure what I'm doing wrong?

    Be sure the are no leading or trailing spaces in the  coupon code. Based on the position of the qoutation marks in the not working message it looks like you may have picked up a leading space in the coupon code.

    Thanks for the information. I think the free snow mobile was causing my coupon not to work.

    I had six items in my cart but I had to log out of the store and log in again and only then did the DAY-SIX-BOUNUS code work.

  • I tried logging off and on, restarting my browser, checking for leading or trailing spaces - nothing works - looks like a dud today.

  • ...even typing it manually gets the same result.

      • Coupon code "DAY-SIX-BONUS" is not valid.

    Try using the Day 7 one   AS Charlie Judge  said you did have a visible leading blank space which would have stopped the coupon working.  and they are only viable for the one day each.
