Cannot get DAY-FIVE-BONUS to work

It keeps saying "pon code "DAY-FIVE-BONUS" is not valid" when I try to use it. What am I doing wrong?

I have 5 qualifying items in the cart.

    Do you have anything else in the cart? If so, what? What are your free items in the cart?

    Be sure there are no leading or trailing spaces in the coupon code code.

    I can get it to work with 6 qulifiying items in the cart.

    Make sure only the qualifying items are in the cart.

    Had a very similar experience this morning. Here's how I made it work.

    It confuses it if you have the PC+ free snowmobile in your cart and no other new items.

    I couldn't get it to work.

    I have been at it an hour.

    Refreshing. Logging in and out, etc

    I finally gave up.

    Guess I will file a ticket.

    Kept getting the message, 

    "Payment Method not" something or other. Too tired to remember the exact wording
