Prices not discounted correctly again...

Today's items that are supposed to be 70% off plus 45% off today are not working, at least the few I tried.

ie: Tulip Hair Bundle - $24.95 minus 70% = $7.48 minus 45%= $4.11 but showing in cart as $5.24

Did the math on a couple of others and same problem. Hope this can be fixed today since there is plenty of time...

    Ya Darius is still higher than he was before, so I guess I'll wait a while to see if it changes

    You're 45% bumped up Loyalty discount only applies to Day 5 new releases and the featured Day 5 PA catalogs. Everything else is your original 30% Loyalty discount.  Refer to your Exclusive Offer message.

    I'll probably be passing on Darius then I understand the terms with the discount and how it works but since the price was screwed up the for quite a while last night I wasn't able to get the sale price  from last night   Since it wasn't working on my lunch break cause I work late shifts, so I guess I'll wait 3 months to get him on sale...

    Oh, I guess you're right. When I clicked on the link in the special offer, it goes to the same page as today's featured PAs, so it was confusing and seemed like everything on the page would be discounted, not just those PAs' stores...

    As a matter of interest, should the Loyalty discount also apply to Fast Grab items? I don't think it states specifically that it doesn't but - it doesn't.

    FastGrab states that it excludes other offers.

    Check in your store messages > Exclusive Offers. Mine is 48% for today's new releases and today's Featured artists.
