Price issue???

Is it my imagination, or haven't all the other new characters been given an introductory discount? Why is Darius 7 shown full-price? If I remember right, Monique was given a discount to introduce her. All the other characters, as well. Is this a glitch? What's up?

    There was a discount earlier today but it disappeared.  It's likely a store glitch.

    I've got him in my cart, but I'm reluctant to check out until I know I'm getting the right price.

    The price on Darius 7 has been fixed. The discount is back.

    Except it happened too late for me and now he's more expensive than he was yesterday.

    I just checked my order confirmation and I paid $26.08 for Darius 7. The ad is saying it should be $22.03, which is what everyone else paid. It appears that I overpaid by $4.05 because of the glitch. Can I get some sort of store credit or a refund for that amount? I put in a ticket a day or so ago, but never got a response.

    Customer service should get back to you soon if they haven't yet. They have a pretty good reputation for "making things right" and the couple of times I've contacted them they've always been really helpful in matters such as this. :)

    If you still haven't heard back in a couple of days you might put in another ticket. They usually get back pretty quickly though.

    Although I suspect that they will be closed for the holidays, so you may have to wait a bit longer.
