Daz3d Studio ignoring files

I've downloaded and installed files from some of the free sites and Daz Studio is not seeing them. I can see them in the Microsoft explorer page but not in the content library. Can someone give me a idea of what I'm doing wrong. I'm using 4.9.2

    Can you post an example...screenshot of the Explorer view and a shot of your mapped directories (Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager)?
