DAY-THREE-BONUS Not Working for Me

Hello,

I've got loads in my cart and four of the times should be free I believe (I have at least two new releases in there as well). Not sure why it's giving me an 'invalid' error as I haven't used the coupon before.

Anyone have any insight?

EDIT: On the screenshot it shows 'DAY THREE BONUS' without the hyphens but that's because I tried it both with and without hyphens (also lowercase).

    Try running a cart that just has one new item that qualifies you for the freebies  and the 4 free items.   nothing else.

    Are you sure you don't have more than four items from the freebie list in there? That will break the coupon - if you ant others you need to get them in a separate order
