Screwed up studio now stuck in full screen mode and can't get out also can't redock the viewport so it's back to normal again, any ideas how to fix it?

Should be <shift>-<F11> to get out of full screen view.
Cool thanks that worked :) now to try getting my viewport back to normal
If you didn't have a custom layout the easiest way is to switch to one of the default layouts...
