How to add anatomical elements to the genesis male??

  Is the gens item for Genesis?

  Also, how did you fit it to Genesis?

  You click on the Genesis model in the Scene Tab & then you click on the Icon for adding it to the Genesis model you want to add the genitals to. With some items, the icon will say, it's a prop, material, pose, and so on so there should be an indication of what the icon your about to click on does other than just stating it is 'genitals'. 

  Basically, it works just like adding clothing, hair, and all these other products to a Genesis character.
