Ditto. I was really excited at first as I was thinking that this might be a new upgraded Iray version. Sadly, it's not, but for those who don't have it, it's a great resource.
It will be nice to use this to create new scenes for. Wow, Hapsburg, Old London, and then After the War in one week for less than $15!
I just stopped by after an absence and noticed this thread... Thank you Stonemason, this was truly generous!
A bit early, but happy holidays to you and your loved ones.
Wow, I didn't already have it. Thanks Daz and Stonemason for the great pressie.
already owned it, but it would have been a nice gift to receive.
Many thanks, Stefan. I'm going to redress it with some trees and bushes and use it for fantasy renders! This will make an interesting set to experiment with Ultrascatter.
Cheers,
Alex.
Wow, thank you Stonemason.
Very generous of you
Thank you :)
I already have it, but it's a very generous gift for those who don't! Thank you!
My thanks, as well!
Whilst thanks should go to Stonemason for making this set, do not forget that this was a Daz Original, and thus DAZ (and only DAZ) should get the credit for their decision to give it away for free.
Thanks Stonemason and DAZ. Can't wait to render it!
Thanks a lot for everything one day after I purchased my long time wishlist item Streets of Old London !!!
Just had a funny though, since it is listed as a DAZ original and Stonemason, what if Stefan had nothing to do with this and it was all DAZ. I can see Stefan sitting there looking at this thread thinking, "bah, humbug!!", LOL.
I imagine Stefan did have nothing to do with this decision, it is a DAZ Original, so they can do as they wish with the product, I doubt they have to consult the PA that sold it to them.
Oh wow thankyou Stefan and DAZ 3D !!!!
Says it has Iray settings in the description. You mean it doesn't? It's not a huge deal, but it said it had them ;)
On another note....I feel a Reign of Fire themed render coming on ;). LOL
Laurie
After the War does have iRay shaders
as much as I'd love to bathe in the glory and adulation,Havos is right and I can't really take any credit for it being a freebie,
Thank you for the awesome gift! Happy Holidays!
Well that's an easy fix, hint, hint, LOL
Well, thanks to both ends either way.
You ROCK, Stonemason! Thank you!
Here's a simple 3Delight render:
Toyen, love that render. DAZ and their PAs have really ramped up their game in the area of beleivable real world men who are more than 29 years old. Perfect for a render like yours! Kudos!
Thank you Thank you & M-Xmas
.
I grabbed it happily because it was Stonemason and it was free!. And was delighted when I saw that it was NOT Iray.
Thank you Stonemason
Thank you DAZ for giving it and thank you Stonemason for creating it!
Merry Christmas to all of you.
Love, Jeanne
I think you meant, "Not Iray Only", since Iray shaders are included, but then so are 3DL ones (which I guess are the ones you wanted).
I love it when the PA's give us two sets of materials. It makes the package so much more versitile.
