i13 Home Time Poses and Props Bundle - one item is missing?

Hi,

I am confused on this bundle. The promo pictures and the list of included item at the bottom says, that "i13 Home Time Relaxing Poses and Props" is included. But it is missing at the downloads?

The list and the promos made me think the bundle includes 3 products so I bought it, but now I miss this: http://www.daz3d.com/i13-home-time-relaxing-poses-and-props

I will open a ticket about, too.

Has anybody an exemplation for this?

    I got the answer, that it is an error and that it is fixed. Hmm...no download added in my list...but I will wait a bit...

    Hi, my problem is slightly different. I purchased this http://www.daz3d.com/i13-home-time-cuddle-poses-and-props which says it includes the props. I downloaded using DIM. For the life of me, I can not find the props. The poses were in /People/Genesis 3/Poses/!13/Home Time Cuddle folder. If someone can confirm that the props are indeed included and point me into the directory at which they are located I would greatly appreciate it!

    Thanks so much Cho! I would have never thought to look for the prop in the Environments folder! Yes, they are there!!!

    I have reopen my ticket about the missing download. Has anybody bought the bundle and all three produkts in his downloads?

    I too bought the bundle. The third item is still NOT in the product lib and it does still NOT show up as purchased in the store.

    I got an answer to my ticket and they fixed my downloads. So if the product still doesn't show up in your product library you should open a ticket to get it fixed, too

    I had one open - they said it was fixed; but as of 20 minutes ago, still not present. I updated the ticket to that effect.

    We had the email saying it was all fixed about quarter-past-midnight GMT, 5:15PM DAZ time or an hour after namffuak's post.
