    It's probably better to ask that question at renderotica. There's lots of options (read that as scripts and products available) that will work for you.

    I have played with TG using Gen 1 and 2 with mixed results.  What stumps me is the skin materials around the hips.  Not sure how to get skin texture from the female on the male genital hip area and keep the male "parts" with the male textures.

    The answer to that question is 2 more questions:

    1) Are you willing to use Blender?

    2) If so, how good are you at making textures in general?

    Meipe on Rotica has geograft anatomical element products with scripts to blend texture of the geograft with hip texture...This is assuming that you're willing to shell out for the geograft.
