Transfer morphs DOWN the generations to V4?

Has anyone found a utility to do this? It would be like the opposite of GenX2. I've tried the morph transfer function with clone shapes in Daz Studio, and it does weird stuff to the eyes.

It must not be popular but if what they say is true (I actually never checked) the V4 & M4 models have way more polygons and so transferring a morph would be possible but they'd have to translate the Weightmapping to V4/M4 equivalents.

Maybe you can try the Genesis 3 to Poser Pro 11 transfer script and then transfer those to DAZ V4/M4?

V4 and  M4 do indeed have more polygons than the base level Genesis figures, as Genesis figures were designed to make use of subdivision.

you can sort of do it by fitting the mesh with the transfer utility, V4 etc do have separate head and body mesh so can actually do part body morphs too, if you just use the head or body mesh no eyes etc and fit to say genesis choosing V4 as the garment made for then dial in your morph, hide genesis and export the obj for morphloader.

With earlier figures in morphloader you can pick just that bodypart.

You will need to translate eyes and mouth parts to fit.
