Fugitive Hair Question

Fugitive Hair is on sale.  It says Poser.  Is this one of those Poser dynamic hairs?  It doesn't seem to indicate that it is in the description.  Anyone have this and using it in DS?

    "FUGITIVE HAIR: (.HR2 and CR2)° seams to be normal hair not Poser dynamic hair.

    You should find the hair in the Runtime (Poser Formats) under Hair and Charater.

    I think Poser means more the material. It has not DazStudio materials or Iray ...

    so if you want to render it in Iray it could be a little bit difficult to get good results
