timeline options not showing up

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Anyone know how to fix this, or whats causing it? I cant delete keyframes if the buttons arnt there... I cant do anything...

    Open the option menu (the lined button in the top corner or right-click the tab) and enable the controls.

    ok thanks. :)

     

    also, its called Advanced View. it needed to be turned off and on.
