Do you need a private meeting place where nefarious deeds go down? Do you need a sniper's nest? Rundown Residence will meet your needs. This is a very basic apartment that shows the seedier side of life.

The cupboard doors are rigged, as well as the apartment doors, windows and toilet lid. It's very user friendly and comes with Iray and 3Delight formats. Not to mention, camera presets for easier camera positioning and lots of props.

    Awesome set Muze, but that pizza ... that pizza looks baller. If you end up doing a set of pizza's, i'd pick them up in a flash.

    one thought i had:

    Wonder what they used? Dynamite would do on the toilet lid, but ouch... crying

    The pizza's source photo was taken from our takeout pizza. I placed the pizza in its box on a our dining room chair, stood on another chair next to it, and snapped a pic.

    As for the dirty bathroom...yeah..i had trouble texturing it. I kept turning away from the screen and trying to gather my "strength" before returning to work. It was really gross.
