Forum and now site unsubscribed??!!

OK, I know there has been an issue with a lot of people getting unsubscribed from threads, but this is new! I was not only unsubscribed from the forum threads I watch but the newsletter as well! I haven't received a sales email since Tuesday ... When I couldn't find where to check my email subscription status I went to my deleted box and found the last sales email and clicked the unsubscribe link. Imagine my surprise when it told me I was already unsubscribed and gave me a link to resubscribe if this was an error. 

I realize that I am opinionated, and don't hold anything back when I have an issue ... but SERIOUSLY?? I have gone out of my way to stay off the forums over the last couple of months to let tempers and feeling to cool down, I am now wondering if this is some kind of hint? Has anyone else had an issue with being unsubscribed like this?

    If you haven't been on for a few months then it is possible the Cookies for the site have expired. Most Cookies are time limited, some a day, others longer and some indefinitely.

    How do I manage to stay signed in to the Otoy forum for example months since I visited and DAZ cannot last a day?

    Fishtale, I still stop by to check subscribed threads, I jsut refrain from posting is all.

    Did you by chance click to unsubscribe from the Morph 3D email newsletter?

    I did unsubscribe from that as it was nothing I ever subscribed to nor am I interested in. The only newsletters I have ever subscribed to here, are the sales emails and the monthly PA newsletter when I was a PA. If unsubscribing from this morph 3D email removed me from everything ...  that is really screwed up.

    OK, well that makes me feel a little better that I wasn't the only one. I appreciate the response and hope they resolve this issue. Did it also cause it to drop all of your thread notifications or is this one of those cosmic alignments where it all happened at once.

    I disabled ebots so I don't get them anyway,   and luckily I only tried it on a redundant email that Daz had still been sending me newsletters to, not on my current email addie.

    Well I have my personal and then two others for work ... Not sure it would be a good thing to have sales emails sent to them.

    Apparently we will need to file a help ticket.  Explain that you unsubscribed form the Morph 3D newsletter that arrived unsolicited, and that unsubscribing from it also unsubscribed you from the normal DAZ 3D mailings as it unsubscribes form all mail emanating from Daz Productions, Inc.

    While we are at it how do we subscribe to the DAZ newsletter I haven't got one in over a year and no it's not in the spam mail !
