I 'purchased' the Unicorn Rider Outfit but no download is available either from the product library page or from DIM.

    I have not checked yet but the product page is extremely vague about what it is.  Other than being free what is it?

    I'm sorry I don't know what happened all the original images are gone and replaced with an image we didn't even create.

    Apparently it is not solved yet.  I cannot find its product page and there are no downloads or info available on this outfit.  I am not even sure who it is for.

    No, it's NOT. The product in question was "Unicorn Rider Outfit" (not just "The Unicorn Rider" you linked to) and links to it ( http://www.daz3d.com/unicorn-rider ) now result in 404 page not found errors. It was seperate from the one you referenced. I purchased it but there are NO download links.

    Like I said it's my unicorn rider Outfit for V4 with an image I nor Shox has created. I didn't know it was put up as a freebie.

    It looks like we didn't "purchase" anything after all. I heard back from Customer Service. Evidently this was a listing for the same product as The Unicorn Rider, there was a mistake made, and the wrong product was set live for the wrong price (free).

    So, I guess we won't be getting the product after all crying Not happy that the "purchase" wasn't honored but I suppose mistakes happen.
