Anybody ever had this happen

Using chrome browser and trying to login it tels me invalid password, but trying the exact same thing with IE and it goes right through, it only recently started doing it, I know it couldn't of been input wrong, before I changed it to see if i was typing it wrong simple one word no caps and 4 numbers, but upon changing it, it kicked it right back as being invalid, tried changing it several time in past month and each time chrome rejects it while IE goes through, anybody know why it keeps doing this and  why it's only on this website.

I'm not using Chrome, but does the problem still occur when you uninstall and reinstall Chrome?

(If it was Firefox, I'd look for "Saved Passwords" and see if it tries to autofill the old password there, and manualle delete the entry. But I have no experience with Chrome.)

See if the same happens with a different browser; try firefox for example.

You need to narrow down where the issue is. No matter, you have; the problem seems to be occuring within Chrome.

I'd clear you passwords; I use more firefox than any other, but also use chrome and vivaldi; I would forget about IE tbh.

Look at Settings in Chrome, go to advanced Settings; then click on the Manage Passwords under Passwords and froms.

If you allow someone else to look after your passwords, then there will be a list of passwords with an 'X' by them to delete.

I've had sort of the similar problem. The 1st use of a store site's cart function will work (not just DAZ 3D but other sites, very, very big sites) but the 2nd attempt after it auto-logged me out to go further than the shopping cart and pay for it fails in Microsoft Edge and I could not log in! The I go to Chrome it worked again til I tried to but then it auto-logged me out & again I couldn't log in. Finally I opened Firefox and made sure I checked out before I got auto-logged out.

Personally that it happens in Chrome & Edge the same behavior tells me security code has been heightened against password guessing attacks but then it shouldn't give the sort of incorrect behavior you & I have experienced. The work-around is probably to close your browser, start it back up, and then log in with correct password.

I haven't tried, it's only started just within this past month, thought i had done some setting that was causing it but resetting to default it kept doing it, normally i never use IE because of it obvious security flaws always used chrome, first time i noticed it i could of mistyped but reset it tried again even though  had just reset it using chrome it rejected the new one i had just entered, no autofill or passwords saved, cchrome is out of date as it keeps nagging me to allow it to auto update, I wonder if thats the cause of it, try reinstalling  and see, odd it only just started never had this issue with it before Update no clue what was causing it even after reinstalling it declined it twice more, and the third one accepted it so no idea what was causing the error, thanks for the suggestions.
