Does anyone know if the tatters and holes are part of the mesh or just texture based? Looks like texture based to me but they're also present on the seemingly untextured promos so I wonder.

    I wondered myself.... I looked at the promos and thought also that it is in the mesh. But it isn't. It is transparence not mesh ;)
