Why do some products stop at the Ready To Install in DIM? For example, Summer Sandals Volume 1 , I install it via DIM, it stops in the Ready To Install section. I have to manually click it and continue the process for it.

Is "Install after download" checked?
Yep. And no matter what group I put that stupid thing in, all the rest of it downloads and there it sat, pouting in Ready to Install. I took it out of the Installed (after I manually moved it along) refreshed DIM, and tried with different items to see if one of them was triggering it. Nope. They all go through just fine. But the sandals refuse to walk on over lol.
I've been having the same problem with the same item.

It may be configured improperly -- if you go to your product library page, does it show the correct number of downloads, or are there duplicates? Does your DIM log mention "repeated downloads"?
My log says this:
Product 32893-2 has the same name as 32893-1:Summer Sandals Volume 1 for Genesis 2 Female(s)
Product 32893-1:Summer Sandals Volume 1 for Genesis 3 Female(s) is repeated
Yeah, it did it to me AGAIN. I manually clicked for it to go through, but instead, it's back in the Products column. Thank you AllenArt for posting your log,
BTW, how do I view my DIM log? I'm DIM-witted. (couldn't resist.)
The log is under the Settings (gear icon) in DIM down on the bottom left.

Thanks Laurie.
Well, mine doesn't say what yours does. Mine says the sandals are installed, and it isn't.
Installing product : Summer Sandals Volume 1 for Genesis 3 Female(s)
Product successfully installed : Summer Sandals Volume 1 for Genesis 3 Female(s)
The key in the log is not when you install the item, but when you refresh the Ready to Download list -- if it says a product is repeated, then that product will keep returning no matter how many times you install it.
And that's exactly what it's doing for me. I'll install, close the DIM and the next time I open it, there it is to install again ;). Is this something that Novica and I can fix on our own?
Laurie
No, all you can do is report it to be fixed.
This is so absurd. I KNOW we're not the only two people who have bought that product, yet no one else had ever complained. Everyone doing manual installs I guess. Okay, I'll file a report.
