Does the arm work well with G3F? I'm not sure how geografting crosses over generations.

GeoGrafting as such doesn't convert - it is critically dependent on the placement and number of vertices in the emshto which it attaches.
As Mr. Kitty says, it won't work on G3 without workup because it's a geograft for G2. You'd have to paint three transmaps (left, right, and both arms) to hide the arm because just hiding the bones/body parts will leave a big ugly gap in the collarbone area, and most people aren't able/willing to do that.
Although give me a minute here and I'll see how long that takes me. We're not doing a Genesis 3 one (unless Antfarm does it solo, and he certainly has my blessing, he's a great rigger now!) so other people might want to try this.
Oh, wait, I'd forgotten.
You can't use a trans map to hide geometry on Genesis 3. The makers of Iray won't have the shader allow transmission when the cutout opacity is in use. So if I tried to do a freebie for that it would just break the skin shaders. :(
Well, that's both understandable and sucky! I'm glad I asked, though.
Wouldn't assigning a new surface to certain polys and making them transparent work too? :)
If the border of the arm lined up exactly with those polygons, yes. On G3F it does not.
