Zbrush clothing creation question: Breasts?

Hello there! Recently, I started a thread regarding if anyone could create clothes or if it took a special talent. Well, here I am, creating clothes... and going as far as to get Zbrush to do it in.

My current work flow is Daz Studio > Using Goz to send over my figure > Masking around the figure's body > Extracting > Playing around with the topology to make it into a dress. My question is...

How do I smooth out the breasts? I've managed to do a good job so far, but - any advice on smoothing it out better? There's still that problem area and smoothing doesn't cut it. I'd love your help and advice on how to deal with breasts while doing this method!

Mask breast area and add blur to mask edges, invert mask selection, then go to deformation tab and try the relax or polish option, that does a better job at relaxing the poly's than smoothing. You can of course do a combo of both.
