Product Loads in 4.8 but not in 4.9

Ran into something a bit odd.  I have 4.8 on my laptop and 4.9 on my PC.   I runn everything through DIM so it should be exactly the same.  However, Jewels of Architecture SE loads onto 4.8 as a shader and its not even an option in DIM for 4.9. Just curious why that would happen when DIM should be identical right?  Not a big deal really, I didn't expect them to load at all and had planned to use them as a texture resource in Photoshop to redo textures with templates but thought it a bit of an oddity. None of the other Jewels of Architecture that I purchased loaded either.  Again, didn't expect them too but this has me a bit stumped

Are you using the same content folders for both?  Are you unable to find them or do you load them the same way?  Are there any error messages?  Are both 4.8 and 4.9 set to use 3delight?

I run everything through whatever the default is when you install Studio.  So I haven't changed anything at all and run everything through DIM, no manual installs (unless nothing else works which is not the case here)  They all have a content folder and are all set up the same way in the download files. A folder marked content then the .jpg and .png files.  No other files, as they are a merchant resource texture file. They don't load into DIM at all on the pc with 4.9 and only the one file loads in DIM on the laptop with 4.8.  The other 3 I purchased are in my product library here in my account but are not loaded into Dim or into Studio at all.

Do you mean they aren't available in DIM to install?

yes.  I didn't thing they would be because its a 2d resource which is why I was surprised to see the one item in Dim and Studio.  It was just weird...

A lot of the 2D resources were updated to have 2 packages in DIM, a General or Photoshop package with just the raw texture files and a DS package with .duf shader presets.  If you're seeing different packages on the desktop and laptop, check if the Download Filters are the same.

Any image you use for textures should be in a sub-folder of a /Runtime/Textures/ in a mapped Studio library.  If they are not the path to them in saved files will be absolute instead of relative.
