Problems with Platinum Club Reactivation

My PC subscription expired yesterday and I am unable to reactivate at $7.95 pm as I cannot find the "Membership Info" link as detailed in the help section highlighted below:
On your "My Account" page, in the left hand navigation, is a "Membership Info" link. When you click on this link, a page will load that is entitled: "Platinum Club Payment Information". Simply enter a valid credit card and click the "Change" button. Then, enter your current billing address and click the "Change" button. After you've entered both of these items, click where it says: "If you would like to attempt to process a renew right now for your subscription, using your credit card and address information currently selected, click here." This will set your new expiration date exactly 30 days from your previous expiration date.

Can you please file a ticket, and CS will be able to help you out, thanks!
Clcik on the little blue man, top right of the page takes you to "My Account" line of icons going across the top of that Page, under where it says "Hello, Your Name!", click on the one that says PC+. Does that help any.
Thanks Jack will file a ticket as you suggest, I just thought there might be another way around this without having to bother CS
