How to turn down the lights of a scene?

Hi. I have a scene with pre made lights (Image attached). I flip between the different options of envirioment mode but I can't turn down the lights. I don't want to turn it off. Just turn down a little. If this is not possible or it's very difficult to make... How can I turn the lights off?

If that's Iray http://www.daz3d.com/iray-light-manager-pro may be what you want. I'm not aware of an equivalent for 3Delight.

If it's Iray and you want a uniform reduction in the lighting level, you could try increasing the exposure value in the tone mapping section of the render settings.
