Does anybody know of a G3-friendly pose product for making dads? You know, holding toddlers, feeding babies, maybe doing some vacuuming while a child clings to him?

The closest that I'm aware of would be http://www.daz3d.com/i13-useful-actions-for-the-genesis-3-female-s Yes, it's aimed at G3F, but I've found that most will apply to G3M with only minor adjustment.
I saw this thread and thought of watching the football game, reclining in the lazyboy with a cold one, or working on the buick on sat afternoon type poses, LOL

They are for gen 2 but will need to be converted
Dad poses around here are a totally different thing...
Examples: Dad hiding behind door waiting to scare the poop out of kids... General combat poses, maybe something that would work with goblins or ewoks... Dad shouting at children... Dad operating fire extinguisher... Dad rolling on floor trying to put out smoldering shirt... Sleeping dad on sofa with child flying through the air towards him in power slam pose... Dad pushing on door, with kids stacking furniture on other side... Stuff like that.
Yeah, I am kind of thinking of stuff like this:
You know, the kind of thing to make a single mom of 3 under 5 just melt.
Pose of a dad with a cup of coffee and haggard expression after a month of not sleeping more than 4 hours a night...
I'm really thinking there should be a set of these! Ideally one of those either-gender sets from FeralFey, of course. Exhausted parent on couch while small figure leaps on them. Annoyed figure carrying smug small figure. Figure looking at phone while two small figures tussle at feet.
Need one of him driving at 3:00 am with wide awake baby in the car seat behind him.
Or vacuuming endlessly. (My son fought sleep for years ugh)

My kids are 5 and 8 now, and this comment is still triggering. :) It was the last-ditch thing which we'd try, and it almost always worked...until I parked. O_o¡
In regards to the OP's post, there's always Family Bonding Time, which is for M4, etc., but with the appopriate tools would approximately work for G3M.

There is also the All Together Pose Set, it is for the generation 4 figures, but with a pose converter it could work. And it's on sale right now.

I've seen some freebie ones...Structure/JLK I think. They are for M4/K4/V4 but should also work with conversion (Rendo or ShareCG).
What goes into conversion, exactly?
Either loading the pose on the new figure and manually fixing any obvious problems or using on of the conversion utilities/scripts...

This thread reminds me... I need to make a "pull my finger" pose.
Working on repairing the bike in the backyard or on the porch scenario would be great too. Kneeling while tightening bolts, or getting handed tools by son/daughter, SuperDad sprint for the escaping child headed straight at a wall/water/traffic, holding the back of the bike seat while teaching the kids to ride a bike, showing son/daughter how to ride their bike by example and sitting awkwardly large on a tiny trike for laughs.
Piggy back rides, shoulder rides, dangling a child from one foot while pretending to be a giant monster, 'don't tell your mother' whispered as you sit on the curb eating triple stack icecream cones.
