It's probably just me and my hand-eye coordination but I'd like to see the render setting defaults button moved from right below the render button. The amount of times I hit by mistake instead of Render... at lease making it an undo-able action would be a decent enough compromise.

 

Edit: And while we're at it, caching the environment map preview for a whole session would also be great. With huge 8-16k maps the delay whilst creating a new preview every few minutes can cause frustration.

    You could always use Render>Render, or ctrl(Win)/cmd(Mac)-R to start a render.

    Omg +1 to @Frinkky suggestion. I hit that way more than I'd like. To Richard's point, I do use the toolbar or shortcut more now, but still, the fact it cannot be undone is obnoxious.

    Yes, I do have a bug report in about the lack of Undo for resetting the options.
