Connect won't install...

Old Industrial Interior

Interstellar Patrol for Genesis 3 Male

A small window will open and then close right away. I tried closing and then reopening Daz Studio 4.9

I am using the Installer Pane (which I like very much!)

I can see a listing for Interstellar Patrol under the products in the Content Library. But there is only the cover icon and it is gray. If I double click on it, that small window opens and then closes right away.

Maybe there is something wrong with the connect installers?

    KevinH- I'm getting this too. Did you figure out whats going on or get it to work?

    No. Sorry. I tried a number of times. I'll probably just try to install through DIM.

    There were three other items that I bought and they all installed throguh connect without issue.

    I put in a ticket for the Old Industrial Interior not installing via Connect. Reply confirmed the problem and said it is a connect issue and it has been reported. In the meantime, you can install via DIM.

    Thanks for the information, jakiblue. I installed the two I had issues with via DIM.
